When looking for a coach I need to feel a good connection, and I did the first time I met Heidi. I wasn’t happy about my body and she made me feel comfortable. I had been interested in body building, and specifically doing a bikini competition for

years! I was always involved in sports growing up and enjoyed working out on a regular basis too. I never pursued my interest until I met Heidi in a fitness class that she was teaching. I soon learned that she had coached and had her Pro card! It ended up being a perfect time for me to train and she really helped me get my tush in gear!

What I really enjoyed was that she helped with a custom plan for me and no one else. I didn't want a cookie-cutter training plan, Heidi took the time to help calculate macros

and workouts that would help ME achieve the exact goals that I was looking for. She didn't only set me up for success but we did our constant check-ins and she adjusted my macros and workouts accordingly so I would have the best outcome. She was hands on and really wanted me to succeed.

Changing eating habits and adjusting your routine with these lifestyle changes can be overwhelming but I think I really lucked out finding her as a trainer and she was there when I needed help, had questions about the process or needed support. I felt it was easy to trust her with the experience and knowledge she shared with me and I exceeded my goals!
